All staff were very kind, nothing was too much trouble, and they took their time to ensure I was comfortable.

I do not think anything could be done any better as everything is really good.

This is most probably the worst experience a family have to endure seeing a loved one die but your excellent care and positive attitude makes the process much more painless for the stages of end-of-life care.
